It is doubtful that many rumi turks participated the battle. Because 1 or 2 tumens in Rum did not attend the battle, however, the were close to each other. So i removed the word many. user:Enerelt

The mongol commander Mongke temur was not the one who was a brother of Abagha. Abagha's brother is another Mongke temur who fought at the 2nd battle of Homs. Mongketemur who was a general of Rum was executed by Kithbukha, the mongol warrior who defected to the mamluks.
