[edit] High importance

As the final deciding battle in the Genpei War, the battle of Dan-no-ura is of very high importance. The outcome here truly did determine the course of Japanese history. It is also one of the more interesting and important examples of naval tactics in all of world history. LordAmeth 16:51, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
