I intend to expand and correct this article. To begin with, the assertion in the first line, that Cropredy Bridge was "... the last battle won on British soil by a King of England", seems incorrect to me. Lostwithiel in the following month, although not a single day's pitched battle, was undoubtedly a personal victory for King Charles. HLGallon 03:23, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
