I've re-opened this page as I found a lot of information about the action, which wasn't going to fit on the Battles of Barfleur and La Hogue page. (there's 50-odd kB of stuff here already)I hope this doesn't upset any applecarts. I've also done separate pages for the actions at La Hogue and Cherbourg, for the same reason.
