[edit] What is the status of the Contract awarded to Costain Group

With the sale of the Power Station Site to a new developer and their apparent abandonment of all the previous plans put forward by Parkview, I would be interested in the status of the re-development contact awarded to Constains. If it has gone into abayance then maybe the article should be updated to reflect this. I personally have been involved in discussions about the redevelopment of the Station, although I do not hold any financial interests or political interests in the development.
