These things are monsters that needed to be dealt with! Just look at recent developments: One of these things jumped into a boat and killed a passenger! And then think of the poor famus guy! These things are killer! Kill them before they kill you. ++++

How could you think that! Sting rays are completly harmless if you know how to deal with them! I and many others have always wanted to swim with stingrays. i was curious, once stingray defends itself by using the bar to 'sting' someone, what happens to barb? does it breaks off, and regrowns or what?
