June 05,2008:

Hi, Failed and Futile Controversy is re-named to Controvery with respective Responses to allegations by respective parties and the division bench of High Court of Andhra Pradesh India. Intention of this article is to make aware of the Bathini Fish Medicine for Asthma Prepared ,Served and Administered by Bathini Goud Brothers. If the title is not appropriate it will be changed and there is no bias in the information provided in the article.All the information provided in the article is collected through various wesites, articles, and interviews found in BBC,CNN,Hindu and the personl website of Bathini Goud Brothers Fish Medicine. Hence i strongly object for any attemp to remove this article.

      FYI, despite those failed allegations ,Bathini Fish Medicine will be served on Mrigashiri Karti which falls in the June of every year. If needed you can follow up the news articles for Bathini Fish Medicine to be served on June 7 and June 8 of 2008.

The Date This Year the Bathini Mrugasira Fish administering date (Mrigasira Karthi) falls on 7th June 2008 at 7:22pm . It shall be administered 24 hrs non-stop (i.e. up to 8th June 2008 at 7:22pm). The Venue Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, Near Hyderabad Railway Station - (A.P.) APSRTC is providing special buses from major locations of Hyderabad/Secunderabad
