Batanga is a remarkable web site worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia. It employs 75 professionals and has over 100 Fortune2000 advertisers. It's one of the fastest growing destinations for Hispanics in the US and is VC-funded.

It also is a pioneer in marketing to the New Generation Latino consumer segment by offering all of its content in a bi-lingual interface.

I'm one of the volunteers on 'new article patrol' to help in the speedy deletion of many new articles that don't belong on Wikipedia, but in my opinion this particular one wouldn't seem to qualify for speedy deletion. The article specifically asserts the website's importance, which would rule out speedy deletion. - Itsfullofstars 21:32, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
