Not a hoax; this is a misconstrued article for the Bataan Export Processing Zone in Mariveles. This is not a town, however. --Sky Harbor 21:53, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

Maybe we can structure this article like that Zamboanga export processing zone I saw, eliminating the {{Bataan}} and the infobox templates, re-phrase "BEPZA (Bataan Economic Processing Zone Authority) is a 1st class municipality in the province of Bataan, Philippines" into "Bataan Economic Processing Zone Authority is a <insert what kind of place this is>", and rename this into Bataan Economic Processing Zone. For Bataan Economic Processing Zone Authority, we can create a new article for the government agency that controls this place, like from Subic Bay Freeport Zone vis-a-vis with Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority. --Howard the Duck 02:59, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
