I frequently upload images of which I am not the copyright holder flickr, the English Wikipedia, or from government websites - it does not apply to those images - I have no authority to modify the licensing terms of somebody else's work.

All images that I upload to Wikimedia Commons where I, personally, am the sole author are licensed under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License and Creative Commons.

In addition to licensing my images under both CC the GFDL, I grant permission to use them non-commercially provided that you do not claim to be the author and that you provide a link back to the image description page on Commons or English Wikipedia. Please read the Wikipedia disclaimer and Commons disclaimer before using this or any other image.
