The Battle of Tukaroi was a battle in March 3, 1575 between the forces of Indian Mughal emperor Jalaluddin Muhammad Akbar led by Munim Khan and the forces of Daud Khan Karrani, the sultan of Bengal and Bihar. The battle led to the Treaty of Katak in which Daud ceded the whole of Bengal and Bihar, retaining only Orissa.

Daud's defeat at Tukaroi effectively signalled the end of the end of the independent Bengal state that had existed since 1338.
