The Battle of Torisaka took place during the Sengoku period (16th century) of Japan.
The Battle of Torisaka was given birth through the allied forces of Kobayakawa Takakage, of the Mōri, and Kono Michinao, who had asked for the assistance of the Mōri. Due to the Mōri alliance superiority against Utsunomiya Toyotsuna, they would end up victorious. The region of Kono would still be attained by Toyotsuna after his defeat in this battle.
