Battle of Okhmativ or battle of Ochmatów (Russian: Битва под Ахматовом, Ukrainian: Охматівська битва, Polish: Bitwa pod Ochmatowem) took place around 19 January - 22 January 1655 during the Russo-Polish War (1654–1667) between Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (and their Tatar allies) and the Russian Empire allied Cossaks near Okhmativ. The Russo-Ukrainian forces were besieged in Okhmativ without success until reinforcements came to their help and the Polish-Lithuanian army retreated. The Crimean Tatars started to pillage neighbouring Ukrainian villages.
