The Battle of Guayama was a battle of the Spanish-American War. It resulted in the American capture of Guayama, Puerto Rico, located tens of miles east of the large American landing site at Guanica, Puerto Rico.

Approaching the town, the American force had come under sporadic sniper fire from small detachments of Spanish troops, but had maintained its advance. Lacking the manpower and supplies necessary to hold their positions before such an overwhelming force, the Spanish garrison retreated from the city before the American arrival.
