Battle Royal High School (真魔人伝 バトルロイヤルハイスクール Shinma Jinden Batoru Roiyaru Haisukūru?) is a manga by Shin'ichi Kuruma which was serialized in Monthly Shōnen Captain in Japan. It was later adapted into an original animation video in 1987. The title of the story translatesd to Legend of the True Demons, in which the powerful Lord of the Dark Realm, Master Byōdo, transcends to Earth to effect his will. The OVA was licensed and released in North America by AnimEigo.
