The Baton Rouge River Center (when built in the late 1970s, it was called the Riverside Centroplex) is a municipally owned multi-purpose 200,000 square feet (20,000 m²) entertainment facility located on the Mississippi River in downtown Baton Rouge, the capital city of Louisiana.

It is maintained by a private management company, SMG, which presents more than five hundred events a year, including concerts, conventions, sporting events, trade shows and theater productions.

  • Arena presents concerts, trade shows, sports and family shows, with seating for up to 12,000 for concerts, 8500 for sporting events, and 4500 for theatre events.
  • Exhibition Hall, recently expanded with an additional 10,000 sq ft (1,000 m²). of exhibition space and providing a total of 70,000 square feet (7,000 m²). This can be combined with the Arena to create more than 100,000 square feet (10,000 m²) of contiguous exhibit space.
  • Grand Ballroom provides 26,150 square feet (2,429 m²) of multi-purpose space.
  • Theater for Performing Arts is a theatre seating up to 1,900 people. It is used for performances of theatre, musicals, and symphony orchestras.
