Bathgate Thistle F.C. are a Scottish junior football club, based in the town of Bathgate, West Lothian. They play in the Scottish Junior Football Association's East Region Super League.

Nicknamed Thistle, they were formed in 1937 and presently play their home games at Creamery Park, which has room for 2,437 spectators. Their home shirts are blue with a white trim and their away shirts are black with a white trim. They get gates of around 100 to 150 spectators, although when rivals Whitburn or Linlithgow come calling this can rise to 200 or so spectators.

In 2006, Thistle reached the final of the OVD Junior Cup, losing 2-1 to Auchinleck Talbot at Rugby Park, Kilmarnock, in front of around 7,000 spectators.

In March 2008, Thistle reached their second semi-final in two years. They will play Pollok at Broadwood Stadium on the 19th of April, for a place in the final.

In the 2007-08 season, Bathgate reached the final of the Scottish Junior Cup for the second time in two years. They defeated Cumnock with goals from Stephen Docherty and Kevin Haynes to a solitary goal from Pollok. Pollok opened the scoring in the 82nd minute and Docherty equalised in the second minute of added on time to put the game into extra time. Kevin Haynes scored a great solo goal in the third minute of the extra time to ensure a place in the final against Cumnock on 1 June, 2008, at Rugby Park, Kilmarnock.

The club won the 2008 Scottish Junior Cup.
