Batesville High School (Indiana)

Batesville High School is a public high school in Indiana.
Batesville high school has an enrollment of about 700. It is considered one of the top school districts in Indiana, and consistently among the top scoring schools in standardized testing.
The most popular sport at BHS is by far basketball and the program has enjoyed moderate success. Most recently, the basketball team has won regionals in 2007 and 2008. In 2001, the team lost in the 2A state championship game to Fort Wayne Harding. The football program has also experienced success recently, winning 6 consecutive sectional titles from 2002 to 2007. Also, in the mid 1980's, the football team won a regional title to advance to the semistate.
