Bâtard (Batard in English transliteration) is French for bastard or hybrid and may refer to:
- Bâtard, a type of bread similar to baguette but generally shorter and wider than baguette. Weight of an average bâtard loaf is about one half of French livre pound
- Bâtard, a short novel by Jack London (1902)
- Bâtard-Montrachet, a grand cru in the Côte de Beaune
