Known as Ziri-Basani in the Amarna Tablets. Ashtaroth was it's chief city, and was known as Astartu in the Amarna tablets of 1350 bc.
The Amorite king "Og" was probably a ruler during the Earliest Iron age, or about c. 1250 bc.
The Amorite king Sihon of Heshban evidently ruled contemporaneously with Og.
