This article needs to be rewritten in an encyclopedic manner. We need some full sentences. User:Zoe|(talk) 21:26, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

Better? We will be adding to it, but i hope it is Ok for now... Furidoman 23:33, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bias

There is clearly a liberal bias in the depiction of Herr Fortman.

Where do you see a "liberal" bias? Mainly, the information is from his CV, so.... Furidoman 09:41, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

The article previously referred to him as "the esteemed", and uses such phrases as "idealistic jugernaut". This article is very pro-de Gaay Fortman. He's probably a great guy, but we should be able to make this not sound like his own press release or something. NickelShoe 19:36, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
An anonymous user continues to remove the NPOV tag without so much as an explanation in the edit summary. I'm not going to get into a revert war over this, but the article is POV, and I'm not familiar enough with the subject to fix it myself. NickelShoe 14:57, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Move

Can We Move This Page To Baastian de Gaay Fortman? Furidoman 15:05, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Possible Death

"As of March 22, 2006, Bas de Gaay Fortman is missing and presumed dead." -- I removed this from the article. Can the contributor or any one verify his death? There is no mention of it on authoritative sources like parlement.com. C mon 08:49, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
