Portal:Basque selected content rotation system

• Pictures, articles, biographies, etc., that are nominated for selection must be placed on Portal:Basque/Selected content candidates for community consideration.
• They must be under consideration for a period of no less than 5 days, during which users shall support/oppose/comment on it.
• After the 5-day period, any Portal:Basque maintainer can close the discussion with either approved or rejected. If the proposal has a majority of favorable votes but does not reach the approval threshold, it will be kept for up to a month in wait of further votes, when, if it hasn't reached the approval threshold, it will be rejected. Nominations that are rejected are simply removed from the page.
• To be approved, content must have at least 2/3 support and at least one support !vote other than the proponent.
• When replacing the selected content, a maintainer must schedule/re-schedule all the remaining approved content. Schedule should follow this rotation system:
  • 1-3 approved remaining -> to be scheduled on a monthly basis;
  • 4-6 approved remaining -> all to be scheduled on a bi-weekly basis;
  • more than 6 approved remaining -> all to be scheduled on a weekly basis;
