This qualifies for Wikipedia's fair use rational because it is a very low-resolution picture used in an article about the books.

1. There is no free equivalent to the covers of these books.

2. Nobody is going to be able to pirate the covers of these books through this pic. (a) The pic is only used to illustrate the cover. (b) It is very blurry.
