Basket Case 2 is an American horror film released in 1990. It was directed and written by Frank Henenlotter. It was released to DVD by Synapse Films on October 30, 2007.

Frank Henenlotter's Basket Case 2 picks up right where the original Basket Case leaves off. After surviving the fall from their hotel room window, Duane Bradley and his misshapen, basket-dwelling brother Belial are taken to the city hospital. The pair becomes media darlings causing Duane's long-lost Aunt, known as Granny Ruth, and her pregnant daughter Susan to help them escape hospital. Granny Ruth, takes them to her mansion, which houses hideously deformed freaks of all shapes and sizes. When the media discovers where they are hiding, Duane and his brother team up with Susan, Granny Ruth, and her houseful of mutants to devise a plan to get rid of the them once and for all.
