Basildon and Billericay will be a borough constituency in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will elect one Member of Parliament (MP) using the first past the post electoral system at the United Kingdom General Election in 2009 or 2010. The seat was created following a review of the Parliamentary representation of Essex by the Boundary Commission for England
