Basic People's Congress (country subdivision)

Basic Peoples Congress Arabic: مؤتمر شعبي أساسي‎ (Mu'tamar shaʿbi asāsi ) is the smallest administrative subdivision in Libya. It is the expanse where the reponsibilities of a Basic Peoples Congress (political) -The political corresponding unit- fall.
