Basiano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 km northeast of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,129 and an area of 4.6 km².[1]
Basiano borders the following municipalities: Ornago, Roncello, Trezzano Rosa, Cavenago di Brianza, Pozzo d'Adda, Cambiago, Masate.
