Basher Hassan

Sheikh Basharat Hassan (born March 24, 1944), in Nairobi, Kenya, was an English first class cricketer. A right handed batsman, he made 14394 runs at 29.07 in his career. He played alongside Gary Sobers, Clive Rice and Richard Hadlee at Nottinghamshire. He was once 12th man for England in a Test in 1985 at Trent Bridge during the Ashes.
