Baseball in Bolton

Baseball in Bolton dates back to as early as 1937, when the then named Bolton Scarlet's played their first game at Raikes Park, Bolton. Half way through the season the Scarlet's changed their name and became the Bolton Red's.
The current baseball team was formed in 2003, also having changed their name from the Brewers to Bolton Blaze in 2006. There is also a Junior team named the Bolton Bears.
