Basbousa

Basbousa (Arabic), revani (Turkish) or ravani (Greek ραβανί) is a sweet made of a semolina cake soaked in syrup.
It is found in the cuisines of the eastern Mediterranean under a variety of names.[1] It appears to be a variant of the Egyptian dish ma'mounia.
