[edit] Interesting

I found this interesting. It's a quote from Bearak's April 3, 2008 article (the day of his arrest in Harare). About Mugabe: "He is a once lauded liberator and statesman who became a ruthless autocrat to be forever remembered for murderous campaigns against his enemies and an ill-conceived takeover of white-owned farmland that ended up wrecking the economy."Link

I wonder if it would fit in anywhere in the article, or would that be a no-no? --Elliskev 23:12, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

I just added it b/c 1)it can be properly sourced, and 2) it provides important context for his arrest. SelfEvidentTruths (talk) 06:16, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
