Of the ten islands listed (at present) one is an error - Heishival Mor (spelled Theiseabhal Mor on new maps, which use Gaelic spellings even for Norse names) is the name of the highest hill on Vatersay (Bhatarsaigh), not the name of another island. Another, Uineasan does not really qualify as it is only seperated from the tip of Ui (Uidh), the North-Eastern promentary of Vatersay, by the highest tides and its area is much less than those of Muldoanich (Maol Domhnaich), Lingay (Lingeigh) and Flodday (Flodaigh) and is similar to that of Greanamul between Sandray (Sanndraigh) and Pabbay (Pabaigh) which isn't listed.

Where is the evidence that these islands were owned by the church?84.43.94.97 (talk) 21:27, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
