Yes, the article should be merged. Since Eduard V. Toll is referred to as Baron Von Toll in many important documents on Arctic explorations, especially those in German, "Baron Von Toll" didn't come up in Wikipedia, so I thought it necessary to make the article. I shall paste the information missing in the former article from this one (strange that it didn't even mention he is a nobleman) because it has good pictures which are missing here. After that the title of this article can be redirected there.
