[edit] Portrait

The portrait seems to be of the Barnabé Brisson (engineer) have a look at [1]! STTW (talk) 19:57, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Somebody has got their Barnabé wrong, at any rate. The image is from http://www.corpusetampois.com/che-17-fleureau-b24a.html, where he's identified as the jurist. The man in the picture looks more like a 16th century jurist to me than a 18th century man of science, but that's just a guess. Sandstein 20:22, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
Another one [2], getting interesting now. STTW (talk) 20:58, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
OK, this is at best unreliable. I'll take Image:Barnabé Brisson.jpg (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs) out - too bad, but thanks for the research. Sandstein 21:11, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
