[edit] I've removed "Nagative Points"

Being the largest credit card company in UK, the company has it Call Centers based in India and other third world countries. Having said that, the financial details of its customers are vulnerable to get stolen. In addition to this, Barclaycard's customer services has always been criticised of being condescending towards its customers. In addition to this, it is one of the few credit card companies that would record non/late payments immediately to the customers credit history unlike other companies who always give their customers a second chance.

I've removed the above piece from the article. On the whole I believe it to be written by someone who has had a negative experience with Barclaycard and therefore wrote the piece with the sole intention of criticising Barclaycard and its services. It's also mostly speculation. The sole piece which could be added to the article would be the fact that Barclaycard has call centres in India (although this would need to be verified since last I heard they were pulling out). -- (A.szczep) 15:12, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] numbers don't match

the article, in the first four paragraphs, contains both the statements "Barclaycard claims it is Europe's leading issuer of credit cards with 11 million in circulation" and "Barclaycard has 19.2 million customers in the UK" clarification is needed over the difference.
