• It represents a Historical moment in Charles Barkley's career of when he first appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated, the pre-emiment sports magazine in the United States. By declaring him "Charles the Great" and giving him a solo cover appearance, this cover marked the beginning of Barkley as the "face" of the Philadelphia 76ers franchise.
• No fair use photo could be used to replace the image.
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.
• This image is of a scaled down resolution and copies made of it will be inferior.
