Barry Henthorn (b. 1966) is CEO and a co-founder of ReelTime.com, an Internet video on demand provider.

Barry Henthorn is a developer and marketer of telecommunications technologies. In 1990, Henthorn founded and served as CEO of Emerald City Telecommunications and formed Emerald City Cellular in 1992.
The two companies merged to create Innovative Communications Technologies, which creates and markets a variety of communications technologies. Henthorn is the CEO of the merged company and the creator of its new Global Private Telecommunications Networks. Henthorn also produced "Name That Lick", an MTV style game show, in 1998.
Henthorn has also sat on advisory boards for several US corporations in industries including aerospace, law, accounting, international trade, espresso machine manufacturing, and travel.

After Henthorn provided room and board and bought gifts for college basketball player Jamal Crawford, the NCAA punished Crawford with a six-game suspension for violating rules on amateurism and extra benefits.[1][2]
