Barry John Foy (born 2 September 1976 in Billinge, Lancashire) is an English actor and TV personality.

In 1990, Foy played Terry Beeps in the children's programme Children's Ward.[citation needed]

Foy mainly found success a teenage actor in children's dramas such as Byker Grove & Press Gang as well as his regular role on Children's Ward.[citation needed]
Foy has also appeared in Hollyoaks as minor character "Billinge Boy" and also had bit parts in Spooks, and he has also been known for his presenting on Nickelodeon.[citation needed]
Foy also made a cameo appearance in a feature on the BBC Radio One Scott Mills show called "Barry-oake".[citation needed] Foy introduces each Barry into the song.[clarify]
