Dr Barry Mitchell Dallas (? - Greymouth, April 21, 1992) OBE JP was a Mayor of Greymouth on the West Coast of New Zealand.

Dr Barry Dallas was a Mayor of Greymouth on the west coast of New Zealand's South Island. He was awarded an OBE for services to local government and the community and a NZ 1990 Medal for services to New Zealand (Taylor, p.115).

Dallas stood as an Independent at the 1969 and 1972 general elections. In the 1969 contest he came runner-up only 1879 votes behind Paddy Blanchfield for the Westland seat (Templeton & Eunson, p.21).
