Barreta Island is an island in the Algarve, Portugal with 7 kilometres length and 0,05 to 0,6 km width.
Barreta is also known as Deserta or Deserted Island and is one of the more isolated islands of Algarve. There are no public ferry lines reaching the island and one can only go there by renting or buying a boat.
