Barratt O'Hara

Barratt O'Hara (April 28, 1882 – August 11, 1969) of Chicago was the Lieutenant Governor of Illinois from 1913 to 1917 and a U.S. Representative from Illinois from 1949 to 1951 and from 1953 to 1969.
