Baron Rolle

Baron Rolle is a title that has been created twice in the Peerage of Great Britain. The title was created for the first time in 1748 when Henry Rolle, previously Member of Parliament for Devon and Barnstaple, was made Lord Rolle, Baron of Stevenstone, in the County of Devon. The title became extinct on his early death in 1750. The second creation came in 1796 in favour of the politician John Rolle. The title became extinct on his death in 1842.
