Baron Kylsant

Baron Kylsant of Carmarthen was a title created in the Peerage of the United Kingdom on 14 February 1923 for the former MP for Pembroke and Haverfordwest and Chester, Owen Philipps. On his death on 17 December 1927 the barony became extinct.
