Baron Greenhill

Baron Greenhill, of Townhead in the City of Glasgow, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1950 for Ernest Greenhill, a former member of the Glasgow Corporation. His eldest son, the second Baron, was Professor of Community Medicine at the University of Alberta in Canada. As of 2007 the title is held by his younger brother, the third Baron, who succeeded in 1989. He previously worked for the UK Ministry of Defence.
