Baron Fitzmaurice

Baron FitzMaurice, of Leigh in the County of Wiltshire, was a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 9 January 1906 for the Liberal politician Lord Edmond FitzMaurice. He was the second son of the 4th Marquess of Lansdowne and the younger brother of the 5th Marquess of Lansdowne. FitzMaurice had previously represented Calne and Cricklade in Parliament. On Lord FitzMaurice's death on 21 June 1935, the barony became extinct.
