The Barneveldse Krant is the only independent local newspaper of the Netherlands. Founded on October 7, 1871, the Barneveldse Krant is printed and published by the Royal Barneveldse Drukkerij en Uitgeverij in Barneveld. The newspaper is printed 6 times per week, with a focus around advertisements on Thursday and special weekend pages on Saturday.
