Barnett Rubin

Barnett R. Rubin, a political scientist, is a leading expert on Afghanistan. He is the author of eight books and is currently Director of Studies at the Center on International Cooperation [1] at New York University.

Dr. Rubin was raised in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. He received his B.A. from Yale University and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.
