Barnet Council election, 2002

The 2002 elections to Barnet Council were held in the London Borough of Barnet, England, on 2 May 2002. The whole council was up for election, with boundary changes since the last election in 1998, increasing the number of seats by three. The Conservative party gained overall control of the council; previously, it had been run by a Labour-Liberal Democrat coalition. Overall turnout was 34.04%.
Barnet local elections are held every four years, with the next held in 2006.
