Barnes & Noble College Booksellers is not a subsidiary of Barnes & Noble, Inc., although Barnes & Noble chairman Leonard S. Riggio owns a controlling interest in the company and is its chairman. Barnes & Noble College Booksellers is headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ.
