Barhani Bazar is a town and a nagar panchayat in Siddharthnagar District in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

As of the 2001 India census,[1] Barhani Bazar had a population of 11,824. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Barhani Bazar has an average literacy rate of 60%, slightly higher than the national average of 59.5%; with 60% of males and 40% of females literate. 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.
